About Us

Welcome to the COP26 Voices platform. Our website is a one stop shop for reactions to the latest developments of the COP26 negotiations from experts, decision-makers and activists.

The voices featured on this platform cover a wide range of topics including: climate diplomacy, climate finance, national climate targets, climate science, transparency, common time frames, biodiversity, food and agriculture, carbon markets, electric mobility, industry, businesses among others.

This year’s Climate Summit is a challenging meeting for delegates as many people will not be able to participate in person. The COVID19 pandemic, issues over vaccine availability, costs and travel logistics mean numerous delegates will be following from afar, therefore our primary focus is to bring these people’s voices into the conversation.

Even though COP26 enjoys extraordinary media attention, some journalists are not able to make it to Glasgow. This website will help get access to quotes from leading thinkers of climate diplomacy as negotiations progress.

If you have special requests for additional voices or would like to request interviews with those featured on this platform email us below.
